About Frank Garciarubio
Systems Engineer, Freelance Photographer (part-time).
Back in New England again. This time the weather is much better and get a chance to shoot Spring blossoms! San Diego, CA my home-base, but all over the country on different contracts. Winter before last I ventured to New England and was able to capture the most beautiful seasons in this part of the world: Fall and Winter. Then Maryland; D.C. (with its spectacular Cherry Blossom Festival.) and Amish country in PA.
I find HDR very stimulating, and technically advantageous if used properly. My genre is more artistic than commercial. I shoot Cars, Auto shows, Nature, Architecture, Landscapes, Travel. I am working on my “people skills” (photographing people), and Urban. My favorite is going to New York city. HDR or not.
